Impersonate User

Impersonate User

We are excited to introduce a new feature in Teachfloor: the ability for admins to impersonate a user directly from the members page.

This functionality allows you to step into a learner’s shoes, gaining firsthand insight into their experience with the course.

How it works:

  1. Navigate to the Members Page.
  2. Select a learner from the list.
  3. Click on the "Impersonate User" option from the action menu.
  4. View and interact with the course as if you were the learner.

This new addition helps instructors and administrators ensure the course is optimized for learners by experiencing the platform from their perspective.

You can now test specific learner interactions, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune course elements based on direct feedback from the "learner" view.

Make the most of this new feature and elevate your course creation process by truly understanding how your learners experience your content!
